This video deserves a post all to itself! A wee 5.0 vs. a 6.2L in the Chevy. According to the video HP and all are fairly equal. What’s not equal is the outcome! GO FORD!!!! If you don’t have time to watch the video I’ll sum it up, the Boss beats the Camaro SS pretty bad!

I also owned an 87 GT convertible. That was about as fun as it gets. Living in the South and dropping the top even in the dead of winter!! If it wasn’t raining or below freezing chances are the top was down.
The First Ford Mustang Commercial
Here is the very first Ford Mustang commercial. Notice the announcer says “……coming April 17th.” April 17th, 1964 of course!
Next we have the commercial that Ford Motor Company dropped on April 17th, 1964. The Mustangs were in the show room the very same day. This commercial was aired simaltaneously on all 3 major television networks. It is incorrectly marked in the video’s header as the first Mustang commercial. At the end notice the announcer says “….test drive one today…..”
